Welcome to REN & HEM. By accessing or using our website at renandhem.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General

REN & HEM operates this online store. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to REN & HEM. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which apply to all users of the site.

2. Products and Pricing

We do not manufacture the products we sell. We select them from third-party suppliers and they are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, which is located outside the European Union. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee perfect colour accuracy on all screens.

3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; the payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 10-20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Because orders are dispatched from outside the European Union, import VAT or customs duties may apply on delivery depending on your country; these are the responsibility of the customer. REN & HEM is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@renandhem.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Consumers in the EU and EEA also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. 6. Product Claims

Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are based on information supplied to us by our suppliers. Where we describe a material or a property of a product, we do so to the best of our knowledge. We do not hold third-party environmental or safety certifications for our products and we do not claim any.

7. Intellectual Property

The REN & HEM name, logo, site design and original written content are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, to infringe our intellectual property rights, or to harass, abuse or harm others in any way.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REN & HEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
