Returns & Refunds

In short: you have 30 days to return any item for any reason. EU and EEA customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

EU and EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day you received the goods. To exercise it, email hello@renandhem.com before the deadline.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@renandhem.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We reply within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday, with return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover the cost, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back at all.
Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.
International returns: please use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods, or earlier if you send us proof of shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged or defective - what now?

Please email hello@renandhem.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - no need to return the item.

Items we cannot take back

Items that have been used, washed or are no longer in original condition
For hygiene reasons, personal care items once opened - brushes, facial pads, body brushes
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
